powerscore vs manhattan and verbal help

by eaakbari » Mon Apr 05, 2010 12:24 am
Hey,
I have a couple of queries which I hope you guys can give me some insight on. I have not started my verbal preparation yet. I want to know whether I should tackle the 3 topics individually or do come general book like Kaplan Premier and then target each section.
And I did go on a spree and got all the books I could.I have both the books Powercore GMAT and Manhattan GMAT for CR. Which one do you recommend to start with and shall I do both?

Thanks in advance

Most important thing: Pick one brand for your studying. Ditch the others. The systems are not compatible. It's hard enough to learn, understand, and apply a single coherent system. Mixing and matching simply doesn't work very well.

Which one to use? Well, I personally prefer ManhattanGMAT. (NB I'm biased).
