Retaking GMAT tests

by believein » Thu Sep 01, 2011 9:56 pm
Hi Everyone

One of my friends is planning to take GMAT exam 3rd time. For some reasons, he was not able to give his best on last two occasions, nonetheless his performance increased from a meager 550 (on first occasion) to a decent 650 (on second occasion). And he is very hopeful that he will cross 700 barrier this time.

I just want to ask you guys, is it fine to retake in such a scenario or does it present a bad picture ,about the candidate, in front of various college recruitment teams?

Please direct me to the correct forum if this doesn't discuss such issues.

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks.

As long as you show "significant" improvements in the attempts, its worth the gamble.
Good luck to your friend.
Cheers !!
