Unfortunately, a 420 is SUPER low. And, I hate to have to add this, but a 3.3 isn't exactly a strong GPA. It's a fine GPA - and probably in line with the median for many of the programs you might end up considering, but it isn't a differentiator nor can it compensate for a low GMAT. So you're going to need to retake that test - sorry!

Your GMAT is going to be seen as a major red flag and your GPA is not high enough to override this fact. If you already have not I would retake the GMAT to get a more competitive score.
