Kellogg has an excellent health industry management program and Wharton has a good healthcare management program.

Actually, so many of the programs have healthcare specialties - you should look at the schools that interest you and there is a good chance they will have something in healthcare.

I think you have an interesting profile, and a somewhat unique one. I believe you can craft an interesting application, tying your experience to future goals. One concern with research positions is that there is not as much of an opportunity to exhibit people skills such as leadership and teamwork. This is an area you might want to think about. How can you highlight these skills in your current situation and in your essays?
Good luck!
