Hi,
Please evaluate my profile and help me find my college !

Nationality: Indian
GMAT : 550
U.G : B.E CSE (74%)
Wrk Ex: 2 years

Country(Interested to do MBA): CANADA
Program Interested: MBA ( 12 months - 15 months)
Specialization Interested: Marketing (or) Entrepreneurship
Tuition Fee(Affordable to me) : < $30,000(CAD) ( A little more might no do any harm if the college is worth that amount. But surely not above 35k)

I have laid out all my criteria and specifics. Kindly SUGGEST me colleges for this profile.

Your contributions would be very VITAL to me. I'm confused in deciding univs. You people could be of great help.

Hi gr8k87,

Great that you're considering b-school. It depends on what you want to get out of b-school in Canada whether it may make sense to attend just any program. I'm sure you can find a couple MBA programs who will admit anyone if you are able to pay for tuition. However, post-MBA recruiting will be very tough from these schools if you wish to remain in Canada.

With your GMAT it may be hard to attend a top Canadian MBA program (e.g. Ivey). Your work ex is also quite low with 2 years. Therefore, if you want to attend a top MBA in Canada I'd recommend retaking the GMAT until you score your target school's average and working 1-2 more years. If you just want to attend an MBA for educational purposes and return to India after, then any MBA in Canada will do.

same here man. I too am at ur situation both my score and budget is same as urs. GMAT 570 Work Ex :- 2 yrs B.tech with 72% Man if u have find any schools then do let me know bro i have found few of them.

Rest i am looking and will update u soon.

What about TOEFL or Ielets. Is it mandatory for Engineers ? I am not sure as some people told me. Plz suggest me.
