The area of square S is equal to the area of rectangle R. What is the perimeter of square
S?
(1) The length of one of the sides of rectangle R is twice the length of a side of
square S.
(2) The area of rectangle R is 36.


I think C but OA is B

Question Stem: s^2=lw and we have to find 4s=P

ST 1 :INSUFF as length of one side is twice the side of sq ..it can be width or length ...we don know for sure.(l=2s or w=2s)

ST 2: lw=36
subsitute in s^2=lw
s^2=36
s=6 so 4s=24(Perimeter of square) .Hence SUFF
