It would depend on how you define "best". Many rankings like the Financial Times, BusinessWeek, and US News & World Report have their methodologies but that doesn't always mean that is how you would (or should) evaluate the programs. London Business School has one of the strongest reputations in the world, but there are many options throughout the UK that might be a good fit for you. I would encourage you to read the sticky on school selection for tips on how to evaluate programs.
