Hell Friends

Could you just comment about this. Is it understandable in first reading or does it leave you confused.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mention any three major accomplishments of yours and why do you consider it significant.

For my second achievement, I would like to present the job offer that I got from Barclays capital. It had been a long cherished dream for me to join an investment bank. By the time I could procure adequate visa and be in UK to hunt a job, it was middle of year 2009. The recession was at its peak and the job market was dead. The employers were so very choosy. In addition, my stay in UK was for a short time and I had to find a job within this short period of time. Despite these defeating constraints, I continued my search. After over four months of unflinching struggle, I got the first invitation for an interview from Barclays Capital. I knew that I had to convert that interview call into a job. It was now or never situation, as my return date was only a month away. And I was able to make it. I got the job from Barclays Capital and realized my dreams.
