"Clearly, government has a responsibility to support the arts. However, if that support is going to produce anything of value, government must place no restrictions on the art that is produced."

Some people think that government has responsiblity to support the art and it it should have restrictions on art produced. On ther hand many people think that though government has responsibility to support art but it should have any restrictions on the art produced. This issue is a controversial one but a closer examination of this reveals that goverment should not restrict the art produced because quality of art or value of art can't be quantify and because restrications on art could hurt people'e freedom of expression in a damocratic country.

One reason for not having restriction on art is the lack of certeria on which restrication can be applied on it. The quantification of value of art is not even diffcult but impoosible because the value of art is realtive thing with respect to time as well as culture. For example art which may not find any value in today's world may have a huge value in future. For instance, sculptures of Khojorauo, place in india, were abondoned in their prevelent time but presently they are the most amazing art of that time. The restriction art can have other deterimental effects also such lack of diversity. For example if there are certain certeria of art then everyone will try to mimic that certeria leading to homogenity in art. This homogenity is good for any culture.

Other reason for no restriction art is that it could be against the damocracy. The art can be define as the expression of people who are involve in that art. By having the restrictions on it could hurt people's freedom, which is pillar of damocracy. For example any nations with restrictions can be percieved as dictatorship on people. And this have its consequences in terms of socially as well economic. The burning example of these restrictions is the middle east nations. we should learn from current status in international community because of these restrictions.

Perhaps the most curicial reason for not having the restcriction is that it could could generate the angar among people as it is hurting their freedom of expression. The result of this could be generation of internal stabilty in the country. we have lot of example in history where these restriction had started a resvolution.

In summary, for any nation having damocracy the restrictions on art can have deterimantal effects on it ranging from social and economically instabilty to angar among citizens.
