I have been studying for about 2 months (25-27) Hrs per week. Gave a few CAT exams and didn't scored well on them. I have analyzed my scores and found a conclusion that my main problem is the Verbal portion.
My highest score in verbal so far has been 28. My main problem is with CR and RC(specially). What I have found out solving OG11 that whenever I try to read fast I am not able to do even the primary purpose question right and when ever I do active reading, I run out of time taking 15-16 mins to solve the passage with 6 questions and even then my hit rate is around 80%.
The same case in with CR, whenever I try to read it fast I get the solution wrong, though at times I get the conclusion right from the passage but still due to time restriction I am not able to concentrate on the answer choices and get them wrong.
On the other hand when I get a CR question right, it takes me around 2.5-2.7 mins.
I am really very confused. I want to get 720+ and my verbal score is a big hurdle in achieving this target. Can any one help me out ?
