Please help me to solve this quant

In May,xiang sold 15 used cars.For these 15 cars,the range of selling price was $15000 and lowest selling price was $4500. In june,xiang sold 10 used cars.for these 10 cars, the range of selling prices was $16500 and the lowest selling price was $6100. what was the range of selling prices of the 25 used cars sold by xiang in may and june

answer is 18100..but any method to solve it quickly

Remember that range is the highest minus the lowest.

The long way (took me 30 secs to calculate)
May:
x-4500=15000
x=19500

June:
x-6100=16500
x=22600

The highest value is 22600, the lowest is 4500
22600-4500=18100

From scanning the problem you can see that the highest range value for the two months is 16500. Solve for the highest selling price (22600) and locate the lowest selling price which is 4500.

apprx 20 seconds.

Yeah anything less than a minutes for a problem solving question is a quick solution to me..
