Hello Experts,

Please evaluate my profile.

GMAT: 720(Q50, V37), IR: 7, AWA: 5.0

Undergrad: Bachelors of engineering from a decent (above average) engineering college in India. GPA 6.62/10

WE: Will complete 4 years in December 2013.

"¢Worked in a leading software firm for two years. Joined the company as an Assistant System Engineer Trainee and was promoted to Assistant System Engineer after 1 year and to System Engineer after two years. Although these promotions are time dependent and do not have anything with performance. However, based on the performance I became team lead in 1.5 years and served as one for six months before switching my job.

"¢Currently I am serving as a financial analyst in a financial services firm in India. I am working for leading a sell side equity research brokerage firm in US. In my present company I got promoted to Senior Analyst in 1.5 years based on my performance (a fast track case) and was awarded the best rating available in the last appraisal cycle.

Others :
"¢I cleared CFA Level 1 and CFA Level 2 both in my first attempts with excellent marks. Currently I am CFA Level 3 candidate.

"¢I am keenly fond of Digital photography and have been persuing it since last two years. As an accomplishment I have a facebook page with more than 6000 followers in just two years.
"¢I actively participated and organized various events (major/minor) while I was studying in undergrad school.

I have not done much research on schools but I want to target schools which are good in finance and have fair chances of admit based on my profile. I am seeking expert advice for schools, which I should target, and assistance on application process.

Please examine my case. Thanks in advance.
