=============

The main thing that concerns me is the dreaded standerized test part. Given my profile and my goals, if I scored low in the GRE, would there still be a chance to be accepted? Also, I'm open to suggestions regarding MBA choices. I'm mainly looking for a program thats strong in the retail, marketing and strategy areas.

Thanks ahead for your help!

Dear N:Dure,

I concur with what the other experts in this community have said regarding your profile. I do encourage you to clarify that the GRE is accepted by all of your target schools, as it would be unfortunate to have to take both the GMAT and GRE. The GMAT is accepted by all business schools, but the GRE is not. You have many positives in your post, so the key for you is to translate your background and rationale for an MBA effectively into your applications. Once you know how you do on your GRE/GMAT, then you will have a sense of your competitiveness for any program as your profile will be complete.

Good luck,
Lisa
