I took GMAT last year and got 650.I am planning to take in dec 3rd and will be applying in R2.
I have been working with a reputed Indian IT firm for the past 3.5 years.

• Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) from Vinoba Bhave University
1st year-71%
2nd Year-72%
3rd Year-81%
4th Years-71%
• Sr. Secondary( Class XII) Secured 1st Division (70%)
• Secondary (Class X) - Secured 91 %
Other Qualifications
• Junior Diploma in Classical Music (Vocal) with Distinction from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad)
• Vocal Classical Music with Distinction from Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapeeth, Lucknow.
Awards and extracurricular activities during Engineering College
1. Acquired the Best Student Award for Leadership from Indian Society for Technical Education.
2. Acquired the Best Engineer Award from Model Club
3. Recipient of 2nd prize during Open Hardware Presentation.
4. Conducted and compeered Tech-Vita, a technical paper presentation as students Chairman of I.S.T.E.
5. Achieved Silver Medal in Mathematics,N.T.S.C in Class IX
6. Received Proficiency Prize for the scholastic year 1992-1993
COMMUNITY
* Currently leading Prayatna team, a Social organization to help the needy.
* Sponsored and helped many poor children who required a huge sum of money for their medical operation through Prayatna Fund.
* Worked as a volunteer for Samarthanam (www.samarthanam.org), a home for the disabled, to organise various events such as WALAKATHON, Christmas and DIWALI festivals.
* Completed Project on behalf of Prayatna Team to establish an Acoustic Room for Deaf and Dumb School near Hanumanth nagar, Bangalore.
* Involved in Fund raising for NGOs such as Samarthanam,a home for differently abled, Anantha Sishu Seva Ashram and other orphanages.
* Conducted Free tuition centre started in slum areas of Bangalore
* Conducted weekend classes for the blind students at various NGOs.
I am targeting top ten colleges such as Chicago Business school,Kellogs,Ross ,London Business school and Oxford.
