Took GMAT today - 740(Q-49, V-44, IR-8).

My Profile :
10th CBSE: 90%,
12th(science) : 66%
BA (Economics) :67%,
MA (Economics) : CGPA - 6.9/10 (ranked 2nd in university)

Other achievements -
Scholarship in BA and MA
Member of students council, placement cell, etc
Few extracurriculars in undergrad
District level table tennis player in school
Lanuguages - Hindi, english and german

workex - 4.5 years as an economist

Want to do an MBA in finance. Which MBA programs should I try for?

the information you provide looks pretty solid. Any volunteer work now would also help, and obviously a good rationale for why MBA, and connection to your short and long term goals. I imagine you can consider some of the top MBA Programs. cheers, alex

Thanks for the evaluation Alex. I have taught in a school for kids with developmental disability when I was in college.I think that should count.

The main motivation for an MBA is a career shift. I want to get into management/strategy consulting.
