Grades look good. What undergraduate Indian university did you attend?

You are a little on the older side as ISB's average age is 27. The average GMAT score is 711 so I would be shooting for beyond that to mitigate the older age. ISB does have a Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives. The average age is 40 and the minimum work experience is 10 years (desired 15 years), so I do not know if this is a match for you.

Good luck,

Hi,

With 8+ yrs. of work experience, you are in ideal phase of your career which most of the b-school look for. So, I assume that you can present a good story in application essays. You have good acads, therefore, I would suggest you to target 700+ GMAT if you intend to apply in ISB. Try your chances in b-school(s) by clicking https://bit.ly/12T2zZz

With you good luck and stay in touch!!

Regards
Erina

The mean GMAT score for ISB Class of 2014 is 711, and the mid-80% of the batch has GMAT score between 680-750. So, you need a score of around 700+. Further, the mid-80% of the batch had experience of 2.8-7.5 years. With 11 years of experience, you would need a highly convincing answer to "Why MBA?". Your age will be working against you. If you can show a career progression or role progression over the last 11 years, it will be fine.

Focus a lot on your application essays. They will determine your application's success more than the GMAT score. Good luck!

Good luck!
