We see that in the first term we have 4x and we know that all the terms will be greater than or equal to 0.
So,
Let x = 0 ==> 1 + 3 + 1 = 4
Let x = 1 ==> 3 + 2 + 2 = 7
If we multiply further then 4x will result in larger value
