ARE WE TOO DEPENDENT ON COMPUTERS?
In this modern era, people live in the age of information and almost all the information is concentrated on computers. Mostly, people have a computer in their home. Many people argue that we are dependent on computers, but some say that we are not fully dependent.
Nowadays people use computers in business, education, public services, in entertainment, and almost of all. Almost everything we do and every aspect of our life is affected by a modern technology like computers. Therefore many people argue that we are dependent.
Firstly in Business, today business' company want the employees are able to use computers, because of all the company in order use computers to connect with another company. In the future, all people would be work and controlling their job using computers. Secondly in education, some people use computers instead a book. According to school research, for example, students choose computers to do their homework, because computers help student in easy way without wasting much time. For example, Computers help students in word spell-check, make some presentation for seminars, finding all of the information of their homework including pictures and short film. Next in entertainment, on computers we find a lot of entertainment, for example, games, videos, music, TV's show and so many things else.
In addition, some people argue that we are not too dependent on computers, because they allow us to perform better and produce more.
Computers just make our life easier. It just helps us. If there no computer, would be we die? Computers just an electronic things human's creation. Computer does not support our life like nourishment, shelter, and companionship. These are what people basically dependence. Furthermore, some people are concern by the development. They point out all the failures made by computers that have done a lot of harm to people. The scientists fear that the vital skills can be lost by next generations as computer technology replaces the traditional ways of working.
It can be concluded that people are dependent on computers but not significantly. The best course of action could be using computers only as we need and not rely on them.
