I am essentially locked out of my actual beatthegamt.com account; I had to create this new profile in order to post on these boards to communicate with you.
After using the "forgot password" link, I was sent an email with a new password. This new password is not working (I think maybe I don't remember my username?). The email states:
"You can of course change this password yourself via the profile page. If you have any difficulties please contact the board administrator." ~~ I am having difficulties.
No where on this site have I found any type of "Contact Us" link or email address, thus, I am posting in this forum.
Please contact me in a timely manner via email so that we can sort this out.
