In the sentence "That which is self-evident cannot be disputed, and that in"
highlighted 'that' seems to refer the completeprevious clause, which can't be done by any pronoun.

You need word like "this fact" or "a finding" to modify the previous clause. Hence A/B are gone.

Error in A\C : which should always be preceded by comma in GMATLAND(some exceptions eg. "of which" , "in which")

Hence it should be D
