Can someone please guide me if I am ready to take GMAT test based on the following scores:
My target score is 700+.
on 6/13/2011 -- Kaplan CAT1 -- 600 (Q 41 / V 33)
on 7/5/2011 -- Kaplan CAT2 -- 660 (Q 53 / V 23)
on 7/20/2011 -- Kaplan CAT3 -- 640 (Q 45 / V 29)
on 7/30/2011 -- GMATPrep1 -- 690 (Q 45 / V 40)
on 8/8/2011 -- Kaplan CAT4 -- 630 (Q 47 / V 24)
on 8/9/2011 -- Kaplan CAT5 -- 670 (Q 51 / V 27) (This is the only test I took with AWA)
I am a little worried about verbal scores.
They never touched 30 in kaplan tests. The main issue while taking kaplan verbal tests is I am running out of time in verbal section and skipping(or guessing) 1-2 RC passages.
Another issue I observed is that I am able to eliminate atleast 2-3 answer choices in SC and RC but struggling while eliminating the remaining wrong answer choices.
While taking GMAT Prep1, I didn't had any issues with time.
Any suggestions about improving my verbal ?
and
Do you think I am ready to take GMAT if my target score is 700+ ?
My test date is 9/7/2011, so please suggest what is the best way to improve my verbal score.
Please advice.

If your test date is 7th September, I am not sure you should listen to what people have to say about your level right now.
GMAT Prep 690 is close to your 700 mark but I think you need to be scoring slightly higher. Now on, take every test with AWA. That will also help you build stamina for the 4 hours test.

Vineesh,
Just telling you what I know and think. I am not the expert.
