OG 11 SC 96 is the same Question.

my pick D
A comparison.....the frequency of August Wilson's works(performed) are being compared to those of African-American playwrights...hence
more.....is followed by than...also those is needed so as to clearly state that the its the frequency of plays that is being compared.

The question is of course made a bit more challenging by the way we often refer to the works of artists and authors by the names of those people: "I'm studying Shakespeare this year" or "He owns a genuine Picasso". As you all noticed, though. GMAT comparisons do need to be between similar things.
