I want to pursue a phd in organization behavior and HRM. I have just finished my second attempt at gmat and got a 670(Q44, V38). My first attempt was 630 (Q47, V29). I come from a different background (nutrition and dietetics) and graduated with distinction. Also, I am currently finishing my MBA at a Lebanese university that is in the process of gaining accreditation (not yet AACSB accredited). My GPA is 4. I have about 6 years of work experience, with about 2-3 years as a research assistant. I also have published a paper in the organization behavior discipline in a reputable journal. And currently working on another paper.
I would appreciate some help to let me know what universities I should target that I actually have chance of getting accepted?
