Lets say warehouse sold n sofas last year:
(1) this year number of sold sofas will be 1.1n with %10 increase. Cannot compute revenues without price information. NOT SUFFICIENT
(2) Say last year one sofa was sold for P dollars. This year it is sold for P+30. No info about how many sold so NOT SUFFICIENT
(1) and (2) Last years revenue: RL = n*P dollars.
This years revenue: RT = 1.1n*(P+30).
Question asks percentage so we need to find
RT/RL = ((1.1n*(P+30))/(n*P) = (1.1*n*P+33)/(n*P) cannot solve. value of n and P needed. NOT SUFFICIENT
Answer is E
