Thirty-six identical chairs must be arranged in rows with the same number of chairs each row. Each row must contain at least 3 chairs, and there must be at least 3 rows. A row is parallel to the front of the room. How many different arrangements are possible?

A) 2
B) 4
C) 5
D) 6
E) 10

What is the correct answer?

My answer would be C, five different arrangements.

I got it this way:

36 (identical chairs) / 3 (at least three rows) = 12
36/4=9
36/6=6
36/9=4
36/12=3

Therefore, 5 different arrangements with at least three row and/or at least three chairs per row.

Yes, the answer should be C!
