If the different permutations of all the letter of the word EXAMINATION are listed as in a dictionary, how many words are there in this list before the first
word starting with E ?

10 permutations with N and I repeated so 2!2!

only the words starting with A will come before words starting with E

total=10!/(2!*2!)
dividing by 2 factorial because here are two N's and two I's
The powers of two are bloody impolite!!
