6.4 is what percent of 16,000?

just remember the following notation--->

this/that*100--> percentage

we can identify this --> what ever vlue before --- is
we can identify that ---> what ever valu after --- of
here this is 6.4 and that is 16000

6.4/16000*100=.04%
