r=(x/100)s ?
st(1) r=(3/4)s, 3s/4=xs/100 <> 3/4=x/100, x=75 ans 75% Sufficient
st(2) (r/100)*s=75/100 implies rs/100=75/100 OR rs=75. Considering r,s are integers the possible ways for r,s are (3,25) (5,15) (1,75)
3%*25=75/100
5%*15=75/100

I agree with choice A, but your solving is r + s = 75/100. However, the question states that r % S = 75/100

The actual question says that it should be r + s = 75/100, so I considered it as a typo.
