Let the Entire Group size to Be 100( for simplified calculations)

M ==> 44

no. of F(female) ==> 100 - 44 = 56

A(athlete) = 74% = 74

Now 15% of F not A

Thus 0.15* 56 not A
= 8.4 not A
So females who are athlete

56- 8.4 = 47.2

Now Male who are athletes = Total - Female Athletes

= 74 - 47.2 = 26.8

So % of Male Athletes is 26.8%

Although the method is correct, but I made some calculation error,
Now I hope everything is fine.

@gmat740
So F(female) ==> 100 - 44 = 66
Be careful and avoid such mistakes. We all panic and tend to make silly mistakes but we have to avoid them.
