People who have a college degree tend to live longer than those who do not have a college degree. This is true for both men and women, and it is true across many different ethnicities and in many different geographical regions. This phenomenon is easily explained because it has been proven that people who have attended college have lifestyles and habits that are well known to increase lifespan: they eat balanced meals, they exercise often, they consider themselves happy, and they tend to have strong relationships.

The explanation given in the argument above assumes which of the following?

A. The lifestyles and habits listed increase the lifespan of most people among different ethnicities and in different geographical regions.
B. There are other reasons that explain why someone with a college degree tends to have a longer lifespan.
C. All of the people who attend college finish and get their degree.
D. People without a college degree do not have similar lifestyles and habits to those with a college degree.
E. There are other factors that contribute to a longer lifespan than the ones listed.

OPTION A:- INCORRECT
No, that's not what the argument is trying to say, the lifestyles and habits being mentioned isn't accorded to people among different ethnicities and different geographical regions but those who went to the same college.

OPTION B:- INCORRECT
The argument already provided the reasons why someone with a college degree tends to have a longer lifespan, so the explanation given doesn't assume that there are other reasons why someone with college degree tend to have a longer life span.

OPTION C:- INCORRECT
The argument is about how people who have a college degree tends to have a longer life span than those who do not have a college degree, so, the fact that all people who attended college finish with their degree has nothing to do with the argument.

OPTION D:- CORRECT
This is exactly what the argument is trying to explain. It can be deduced from the argument that there is a difference between the lifestyle of those who went to college and those who didn't. According to the argument, those who went to the college and those who didn't. According to the argument, those who went to college have a healthier lifestyle which make them have a longer lifestyle than those who didn't.

OPTION E:- INCORRECT
Well, the explanation given in the argument doesn't assume that there are other factors that contributed to a longer lifespan than the ones already listed.
