Clearly E, no other choice comes close.

"Marraige rates" plural, Both pronouns must match the plural form....Only E obeys, E wins

Besides most other options are structurally weak as well. This is a sub-standard question, IMHO

"so much so that" usage of proper idiom.
usage of "those" signifies the intended meaning.
