B. are talented, who have charisma, and who are aspiring
C. have talent and are charismatic and aspire

definitely E is the best.
just read it -

A is bad, because of and aspiring

Yes, this is definitely parallelism. We need two adjectives and one verb, since "who are aspiring more to a solid career" does not make sense.

Only E provides that correctly.

E was the correct answer. I picked B at first... sometimes the parallel structure gets to me
