Para-Phraze [Time Management]

Hi,
I just wanted to know how should i go abput para-phrazing the paragraph i... i generally approach the problem with first reading the question... how much time should i take in reading the paragraph ?? How much should i take for reading the answer choices ?? How do i para-phraze and make note ???

If you mean breaking down the argument into particular elements, then it should take you as little time as possible. The whole question should take you a little less than 2 minutes. So taking very brief notes on the text should take about 30-40 seconds. Reading the question and answer choices should also be very prompt. Otherwise, you will not have enough time to think about the answer.

How do you transfer the complicated words on paper ??
what's the first things i need to be looking at ??
