How many integers between 324,700 and 458,600 have tens digit 1 and units digit 3?

(C) 1,353
(D) 1,352

We need to find value where we can have 13 at the end of the integer.
Every hundred has one 13 number

458600 - 324700 = 133900

133900/100 = 1339

OA?
