Option A :- Incorrect
The use of the plural verb have in this option makes it a wrong choice of answer.
Obsession should attract a singular verb.

Option B :- correct
This option follows proper parallelism and verb agreement.
Verb is is in agreement with a market
Also, the use of singular verb has makes it a right choice of option. The use of right tensing makes this option unique too i.e (Is bringing)

Option C :- Incorrect
This option does not follow sentence structure bring is a plural verb and it is not accord with subject. This makes this option incorrect.

Option D :- Incorrect
This option is incorrect because of the incorrect use of plural verb have which is not in agreement with the subject that that proceeds it.

Option E :- Incorrect
There is also a problem of Subject - verb agreement here because market does not agree with bring, It should have been market bring
