If you're already scoring at the 730 level, then you already have a strong grasp on the material.
At this point, your barrier to 770 can be one of (or a combination of) several things:
- time management (you waste time on some questions, leaving you with insufficient time to answer questions you could have answered with enough time)
- carelessness (you could have answered the question, but you made a small error somewhere, or you misread the question)
- content gaps (there are some concepts that you still need to strengthen)

At this point, you really need to analyze your tests (with a magnifying glass) to identify the issue(s) that are preventing you from scoring 770+
