A) 5/8
B) 3/8
C) 1/16
D) 1/18
E) 3/80

Quick way to do this?
625/10000

= (5*125)/(5*2000)

= 125/2000

= (5*25)/(5*400)

= 25/400

= (5*5)/(5*80)

= 5/80

= 1/16.

The correct answer is C.
