It is A. Y axis will be maximum (6unit) if P lies on y axis.

Thank you for your responses. My question stems from the original question stem itself.

How did you both know that point P was not on the y-axis, or rather how did you both know point P was definitely in Quadrant II if the question did not specify "graph to scale," etc.?
