I HAPPEN TO BE A THIRD YEAR COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING STUDENT, AIMING TO TAKE UP FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT IN THE FOURTH YEAR WHICH WOULD INCLUDE A FINANCE INTERNSHIP. IS THIS RESUME APPROPRIATE IN TERMS OF THE WORK EXPERIENCE ASPECT FOR APPLYING TO A B-SCHOOL SUCH AS HBS (2+2) PROGRAMME (PROVIDED THAT I HAVE A 700+ SCORE IN GMAT), FOR AN I-BANKING FOCUSED MBA IN FINANCE?

Your plan sounds reasonable if you aspire to work in banking and finance for your career. What matters is that you are gaining experience that makes sense for your career goals.
