(E) $39.92 OA:E.Detailed steps reqd please! Well I'll explain in detail but let me tell u the short cut. Since 1.5 sec= 1500 millisecond and it will be multiplies by 0.023$=34.5$this is quick calculation so u can easily eliminate answers A,B.C and adding 4.35 and 1.07 will be 5.42 so D can be eliminated too. Then Answer is E. And for detailed 34.5+5.42=39.92. Hope its clear? (E) $39.92 Since 1.5 seconds = 1.5 x 1000 = 1500 milliseconds, the total cost is: 1.07 + 0.023(1500) + 4.35 =$39.92
