. On a certain day it took Bill three times as long to drive from home to work as it took Sue to drive from home to work. How many kilometers did Bill drive from home to work?
(1) Sue drove 10 kilometers from home to work, and the ratio of distance driven from home to work time to drive from home to work was the same for Bill and Sue that day.
(2) The ratio of distance driven from home to work time to drive from home to work for Sue that day was 64 kilometers per hour.


Not able to understand the question.
What is meant by ratio of distance driven from home to work time to drive from home to work was the same for Bill and Sue that day.

I think one 'and' is missing in the statement.It should read like

Sue drove 10 kilometers from home to work, and the ratio of distance driven from home to work AND time to drive from home to work was the same for Bill and Sue that day.

or in other words speed of Bill and Sue are same.

btw, IMO ans is option A. Can you please confirm.

Yeah makes sense.

But in original question that and was missing

If we put "and"

mathematically we can put that Speeds are same
hence distance/time are same

i.e. 10/t=distance of Bill/3t

t get cancelled and we get distance of Bill as 30

Stem 2 is not sufficient

Hence [spoiler]IMO A
OA is A[/spoiler]
