I started lightly studying for the test about 3 weeks ago, and my practice test scores were as follows:
1.) April 18th-ish, before any studying:
GmatPrep 1: 670 - I didn't write down the scaled scores or percentages.
2.) April 26th, after completing the OG11 diagnostic test, OG11 math review, and completing about 150 problems in the OG11 book:
GMAT PowerPrep 1: 690 (92%) - 45Q (82%) - 38V (84%)
3.) Today! After doing 40 more problems from OG11 and studying the flashcards:
GMAT PowerPrep 2: 740 (98%) - 49Q (93%) - 44Q (97%)
I'm so excited about my score, especially since my test is in two days (Monday May 4th). Considering that my goal is 650+ I think I'll be happy on test day, but here are my questions:
a.) Should I take the GMATPrep 2 test tomorrow evening? Or will that throw me off my game?
b.) Is GMAT PowerPrep easier than either/both GMATPrep and the official actual test?
c.) What else should I do to maintain this kind of score?
d.) Based on these scores, what will my range be? Everyone says that we tend to score within 50 point of our practice scores, so I guess my range would be 620-790? Or would it be the 50 + or - range from the average?
I know, it really doesn't matter THAT much whether my score is 690 or 740 or whatever, but I just need to be reassured that I'm on a steady upward climb and not simply a lucky boost!
