Old Editions of Prep books?

by ailun » Wed Mar 25, 2009 3:42 pm
I currently have the 2007 8-book gmat bundle from Manhattan and I'm wondering if it would be better to get a more recent edition. Does anyone have any pointers? I purchased the 2007 guides in order to save on book costs but now I'm wondering if this was a bad idea altogether..

Hi ailun,

Unfortunately, there are great differences between the 2007 - 2008 edition and the Third Edition of our Strategy Guides. For example, we have added an idiom list to the back of our Sentence Correction book, which has been expanded to 288 pages! Essentially, our curriculum changed quite a bit this time around, so it's definitely worth it to pick up the updated copies.

If you'd like a more in-depth guide to the changes, visit our Third Edition Walkthrough. If you have any other questions, just let me know.

Best,
