Total recording hours = 4 + 2 = 6 hours

Min. no. of hours of viewing = 1 + 2 = 3 hours;
Max. no. of hours of viewing = 2 + 3 = 5 hours;

Min. value of h = 6 – 3 = 3 hours;
Max. value of h = 6 – 5 = 1 hour;

=> 1 ≤ h ≤ 3

The correct answer: E

Hope this helps!
