I think the error here in options A & D is "that would"

We know that Judge has denied the motion so instead of using

would - uncertainty

we must use

will - certainty


regarding option F

that allows members of the jury to go home at the end of each day rather than be confined to

this could even be written as

allowing members of the jury to go home at the end of each day rather than be confined to

I think both are perfect

Well in D, confinement should be parallel to go home and not the verb "allow"

We are comparing two things = either to go home or to stay in the hotel.

the discussion was mainly centered around "that would" and "to allow"

Thats why all the other errors were ignored for the moment.

Any thoughts on these errors, do you think option F stated by Logitech is correct or even better than option E, also the two options that I have stated in my post, are those correct?
