(root 7 + root 7)^2

I can understand the solution in the book but feel my answer is right also

a. 98
b.49
c.28
d.21
e.14

qa is c
but i cant seem to explain why e is wrong.
Appetite for 700 and I scraped my plate!

Root7 +Root7 = 2Root7

This whole squared = 4(7) = 28

(sqrt7+sqrt7)^2

add up the square roots...

(2*sqrt7)^2

4*7

=28

Just to show all the steps:

(root7 + root7)^2

(2 * root7)^2

(2^2) * ((root7)^2)

4 * 7

(a+b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab
