$$Given\ that:\ (a,b,c)\ @\ (d,e,f)=(a*d)+(b*e)+(c*f)$$
$$\left(1,-2,3\right)@\left(1,\frac{-1}{2},\frac{1}{3}\right)$$
$$=>\left(1\cdot1\right)+\left(-2\cdot\frac{-1}{2}\right)+\left(3\cdot\frac{1}{3}\right)$$
$$=>\ 1+1+1$$
$$=>\ 3$$
