I purposely didnt do any of the og diagnostic questions. By doing this, I never tainted the freshness of the questions. In a timed condition, will the score be representative?

The diagnostic question should be representative of the real test, but don't read into your results (if you're referring to hit rate) as necessarily representative of your actual GMAT performance.

If that makes sense...

the o.g. diagnostic test isn't 'diagnostic' in the sense of giving you a score that you can compare with other practice-test scores. in fact, as you'll readily notice, it contains way more questions than the real test - 48 vs. 37 for quant, 52 vs. 41 for verbal - and its scoring guide is annoyingly vague, separating performances only into seat-of-the-pants classifications such as 'excellent', 'above average', and the like.

furthermore, and much much much more importantly, the diagnostic test is a very unsatisfactory simulacrum of the real exam. obviously, because it is printed on paper, it is not adaptive in any way, and therefore will not provide you with meaningful practice of the sort that will help you improve on adaptive tests (especially from the standpoint of time management). it was meant to be done first and scored in a very vague manner, before you had done much (if any) studying. the gmatprep tests (from mba.com) are a much more faithful rendition, and, if taken soon before the real thing, will give you a fairly accurate idea where you stand.
