I agree that increasing product quality can help meet/exceed expectations. But isnt it too strong to claim that it is the only way to meet the goal. There can be other ways to meet customer expectations too. Nowhere it is mentioned that it is necessary for quality advance to meet customer expectations or that is the only way.

Experts please help!!!!
