you have already got the numerator

In denominator part,

expression = (1-x)(1-x)

=-1(x-1) * -1(x-1)

=(x-1)(x-1)

Numerator = (x+1)(x+1)

try plugging in

it says X can't = 0 or 1
so plug in another # like 2

(2+1)^2 / (2-1)^2 = 9/1 = 9

now plug in (1/2+1)^2 / (1/2-1)^2 = (9/4) / (1/4) = 9 also

that means that the answer is the same as the original equation

Basically, what you were gettin is right...

Just go a step further...

(1-x)^2 = (x-1)^2.......because square will always be positive

Hence A
